All in all I am please with the outcome of item. I was a little worried at first as most items I order come very quickly, but this item was slow. I could not fine on Amazon my order, but I do know the money was taken out of my credit card. Once I asked about it I was reassured my order is on its way.
The item came when they said and I am very pleased with that. So, thank you. I do realize that sometimes it is out of the proprietor's control when items are being sent.
The only thing I would like to see and believe me I checked everywhere when my order had been made to keep it in the account business. That way the customer can see, yes they did order item (s). In this case there wasn't any paper trail until the day the item was shipped. I did check several places on Amazon to track my order and there wasn't anything.
Anyway, I am pleased and I won't let this deter me from ordering again.

If you have Type II diabetes, this book can save your life. The information will help you understand what's going on in your body with this disease, and how you can reverse it. YES, reverse it!! Get off the Metformin and other drugs you may be taking. Dr. Barnard has a scientifically proven program that helps Type II diabetics (Type I diabetics, who will always need insulin, can still benefit by reading this book). If you don't have diabetes, but have a history of it in your family, this book will show you how you can prevent it. There's an excellent menu plan and lots of recipes at the back.

I have been following this way of eating for 1 week. I have lost 6 pounds, have lowered my blood pressure and blood sugar considerably, and feel so much more energetic. I'm never hungry and get excited about trying new recipes. The book is easy to follow, concise and to the point. If you are frustrated with medications and lack of weight loss I highly recommend this book. It is changing my life for the better.
