Only 20 minutes!! July 12, 2010 Marlene Savary I know this DVD is working because in the 20 minutes it takes to do, I sweat and pant and hurt more than I ever did going to the gym for 1.5+ hours. While it can be a bit annoying doing/hearing the same things everyday, it is worth it. Once you get used to it, you can just mute it and put on your own music. Level one is NOT easy. I suggest doing it for about a week, and DEFINATELY stretch MORE than Jillian shows on the DVD or you will be really, really sore. I like to stretch for at least 10 minutes afterwards, just to be able to walk down the stairs the next day :)
Just when you want to give up and sit back down, the moves switch so you are constantly doing something new to stay motivated!

Great work out! July 3, 2010 A. Buitenhuis Great work out. Saw results right away. I would recommend measuring your self before you start so you have something to compare to....I wish I did.
you will sweat June 26, 2010 M. Mullett I love this work out, I did find it a bit challenging to work out every day but I have stuck with it and have had great results! I suggest this video for those of you that don't have time to work out for an hour a day, all you have to do is push yourself for the full half hour and you will see results!
Best 20 minute workout ever! June 11, 2010 K. Rootman (Toronto, ON) I am not an aerobics queen - nor a connoisseur of exercise videos - but this is the real thing! Really tough workout, great motivation and results. 20 minutes and your done.
