Sudoku makes it worth while December 30, 2008 Darren M. Anthony (Saint John, NB Canada) I got bored of doing the daily training after only a few times playing it.
However, since I love playing Sudoku, this game was totally worth getting. But, without the Sudoku, this would be a waste of money.
fun game December 30, 2008 Jennifer S. Mulligan (ottawa) fun games, easy to learn...people who have trouble with it must need it the most, your brain can't be working too hard if you can't figure the puzzles out! voice recognition works fine, i'm from quebec and had no problems at all. fun to compare brain ages with friends, i would recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their memory or just to pass a few minutes at work.

I bought this for my Mom, tried it myself first. I was very disappointed. Like other reviewers, it does not do the spoken word well. Despite giving it the correct answer, you would be told you were wrong and your brain age is 80! Oh joy. The written tests weren't that much better. I would write an answer of one (1) and it would read it as a 5. Now how does any system mistake 1 for 5?? I gave up on the brain age tests and settled for Sudoku. It helped me learn how to play it but certainly not by the instructions given. For the Intermediate level, the instructions didn't even make sense. And the time you have to spend with its creator is ridiculous - you end up punching through five or six screens just to get to the games part. And then my personal favourite: he asks you to draw three items. Why? I am not an artist. I just drew circles and then he would tell me what I should have drawn. Big deal. The doctor has a bit of an ego problem!
